Many teachers or even students at some time or other get sucked up in procrastination _ a term used to describe situations whereby people delay in carrying out tasks that they should do at the right time or fail to think about their priorities.

Therefore work that could be completed urgently or at some designated time is put off in favour of other work or activities that have no bearing on their academic activities in school.

The work normally postponed is of high priority and important to the well being of the school or the student in question. Let us note that:

  • Commitment separates doers from dreamers.
  • Action without vision is merely day dreaming but vision with action can change the world.
  • Your candle loses nothing when it lights another.
  • If you can’t carry the ball, you can’t lead the team.
  • To get ahead put others first.
  • Setting goals and principles is the journey to academic excellence and success in life.
  • GIVE PRIORITY TO PRIORITIES.

“You may delay, but time will not, and lost time is never found again.”

— Benjamin Franklin
